Luv-A-Rug offers pick up and delivery service because we know you have better things to do.

Free Saturday Pick up and Delivery for large rugs:

•     On the scheduled Saturday of your pick up or delivery we call you between 8-9am to let you know what hour we will be arriving.
   
•     We do pick up and deliveries between 8am-2pm done by a pre planned route based on where the places we need to go.
   
•     If you are unable to roll up your area rugs yourself, please let us know when booking as we need to allow extra time between bookings to move furniture. Nominal fee may apply.
   
•     Move all small items and breakables from furniture that is to be moved prior to our arrival.
   
•     Our Free Saturday pick up and deliveries book up fast, it is best if you can call a week in advanced.
   
•     When we deliver your clean and healthy rugs back to you we are very happy to unroll them for you. Please let us know when we call with delivery time so we can book accordingly. Nominal fee may apply.
   
•     We communicate with you the cleaning and protective finish cost, cleaning expectations, and any repair recommendations we may see after we bring your rugs to our rug spa Before we  start cleaning them.
   
•     Our turn around time is approximately one week, a bit longer if we are doing repairs, odour removal, or moth treatment.
   
•     We deliver your clean rug the following Saturday unless you need a different day.

We also offer Courier pick and delivery during the week for a nominal charge.

• For Courier pick ups the rugs MUST be rolled and tied up and ready to go.

   

• We need a 3-4 hour time window when you will be home to receive the Courier

   

• Courier delivery drivers are unable to assist with rolling up the rugs, moving furniture, or unrolling of your rugs or accepting of payment.

   

• We will communicate with you as soon as your order arrives in our rug spa with the exact price and expected results.

Our cleaning process takes around 4-7 days to complete. Repairs and binding take a little longer depending on the work being done. Our rug cleaning products are safe and leave no residue on your rugs.

We use the world famous Rug Badger line of cleaning equipment. The most famous of which is the Rug Badger itself. The Rug Badger vibrates the back of your rug to remove all the fine insoluble soil, dust, allergens from deep within the fibers. This insures that your area rugs are very clean and healthy.

We always test your area rugs for dye stability and shrinkage. These results allow us to custom match your rugs to the safest and most effective cleaning methods. We have every method from complete submersion to completely dry wash with no toxic chemicals. Your rug is washed several times and dried after each wash and then we do our "dry" wash to help bring out the sheen of your area rug.

When your rug is done we will e-mail or call you to let you know it is ready for pick up.

All our work is guaranteed to your satisfaction or we will not charge you.

We offer Tuesday to Friday pick up and delivery via courier service for a nominal fee and

Free Saturday service (usually reserved for large area rugs or multiple rugs)
